How the sums work
The pot is members times entry fee. Prizes come off that, then the plan. What's left is the club's, and it goes wherever the committee says: the bar, the juniors, the new covers.
The plan is picked for you from how many members you put in: Free up to 22, Standard (£25) up to 33, Full (£30) for anything bigger. Standard and Full add the Budget and Squad selection modes and your club's branding, so plenty of small clubs pay for them anyway. What each plan includes.
Entry fees never go through us. You collect them however you already collect subs, and you keep all of it. The plan is one payment per season, and there's a full refund if you ask before your first gameweek.
Before you charge for entry, check with your committee and governing body about how members' competitions with prizes are treated where you are. Plenty of clubs run it free and use it purely to get people talking.
